flow rate on this thing goes up to 700 liters per minute -- that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our press line without bottlenecking things

At 700 liters per minute, that's a pretty substantial capacity for a valve in this class. Press applications are one of the listed use cases for this model, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. If your press line stays within that flow ceiling, you shouldn't be looking at a restriction point here.
