flow rate on this one, is 80 liters per minute gonna cut it for press or die casting work, or is that on the lower end for those applications?

For die casting and press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid mid-range flow capacity. It's not a high-volume industrial workhorse, but it handles those environments well within normal operating demands. The valve was built with exactly those applications in mind, so you're not stretching it to fit a use case it wasn't made for.
