Flow rate on this thing goes up to 700 liters a minute, that enough for a press or primary metal setup running hard all day?

For press and primary metal applications, 700 liters per minute is a solid ceiling. Those environments push valves hard, and this one was built with exactly that kind of demand in mind. Die casting and foundry use are also listed applications, so it's spec'd for the sort of continuous, high-load cycles those industries put on a valve. You're not going to be leaving capacity on the table.
