Three performance levels listed here, ultra, high, and standard. How do I know which one fits what we're running?

Matching the level to your application comes down to how tight your precision and response requirements are. Ultra is suited for demanding control situations where fast, accurate response matters most. High works well for applications that need solid performance without the top-tier spec. Standard covers general-purpose use where those demands are less critical. If your process has tight tolerances or fast cycle demands, lean toward ultra. More forgiving systems can usually get by with high or standard without any issues.
