Flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute. That enough to run a press application without starving the circuit?

For press applications, 80 liters per minute is well within the range this valve is built to handle. Press work is actually one of the listed applications for this unit, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't meant for. Just make sure your upstream supply matches or exceeds that flow demand and you won't have any issues on that front.
