Flow rate on this one says 115 litres per minute, that enough to run a press circuit without starving the actuator?

For most press applications, 115 LPM is plenty of capacity through a valve in this class. The DG4V-4 series was built with heavy industrial use in mind, and press systems are actually one of the named applications it's suited for. As long as your system demand stays within that flow ceiling, you shouldn't see pressure drop issues or sluggish actuator response from the valve itself.
