Flow rate on this thing is listed at 95 liters per minute, is that enough to hold up in a die casting setup running pretty hard?

For die casting, 95 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity. That environment puts real demand on directional control valves, and this one is explicitly rated for die casting and foundry use, so it's not just a general-purpose valve being stretched into that role. The Buna-N seals also help here, since they hold up well against the hydraulic fluids commonly used in those use.
