flow rate on this one's listed at 120 LPM, that enough for a press circuit running a decent sized cylinder, or is this more of a mid-range valve?

For a press circuit, 120 litres per minute puts this squarely in mid-to-upper range territory for a stacked directional valve. Whether that ceiling fits your cylinder depends on bore size and cycle speed, but plenty of press applications run well within that capacity. The SystemStak configuration also helps here because stacking eliminates the external hydraulic connections connections you'd otherwise have between components, which cuts down on pressure drop sources across the circuit.
