flow rate on this one listed as 95 liters per minute -- is that enough for press or die casting work or is it more of a light duty valve?

For die casting and press applications, 95 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those uses are explicitly supported by this valve, so you're not pushing it outside its intended range. Just make sure your system demand stays within that ceiling and you'll be in good shape.
