Flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, is that enough to handle a heavy-duty press system without starving the circuit?

For press applications, 700 liters per minute is a substantial flow capacity. Most industrial press circuits don't come close to pushing that kind of volume through a single directional valve, so starvation at the valve itself generally isn't the concern. The DG5V-10 is explicitly listed for press use, so it's built with that duty in mind. Just make sure your pump, lines, and downstream components are sized to match before assuming the valve is the limiting factor.
