flow rate on this thing is listed at 115 litres per minute -- is that enough to handle a high-cycle press application without starving the circuit?

For press applications, 115 litres per minute is a solid ceiling for this valve. It handles three- or four-way directional control and the 30-watt solenoid is built for high-cycle duty, so it holds up well in press environments where the valve is switching frequently. Just make sure your circuit demand stays within that flow rate and you should be in good shape.
