flow rate on this one is 40 LPM, that right? tryin to figure out if it'll keep up with our press setup without bottleneckin things

Correct, 40 liters per minute is what this valve is rated for. For press applications that's actually one of the intended use cases for this unit, so you're in the right ballpark. Just make sure your system demand doesn't push past that threshold or you'll start seeing performance drop off.
