got a die casting setup running pretty hard and need a directional valve that can keep up with the flow demands, does 80 liters per minute cut it for that kind of work?

For die casting applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid flow rate and this valve is actually listed for exactly that kind of environment. It handles three- or four-way directional control, so you've got flexibility depending on how your circuit is laid out. The Buna-N seals hold up well in industrial conditions, and the valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, which makes swapping it in a lot more straightforward than some proprietary setups.
