Got a press line runnin high-capacity hydraulic circuits and we need something that can keep up with the flow. This valve handle 700 LPM, or is that a peak figure?

700 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity for this valve. For press applications specifically, the DG5V-10 series is listed as a supported use case, so it fits well in that kind of setup. If your circuit is pushing near that ceiling regularly, you're in the right product family.
