Flow rate on this thing is listed at 800 liters per minute, that enough headroom for a mid-to-large industrial circuit running continuous pressure regulation?

For most mid-to-large hydraulic systems that need adjustable pressure relief or regulation, 800 liters per minute gives you solid headroom. This valve is built around that capacity, so as long as your system demand falls within that range, you're not going to be pushing it to the edge. It's worth noting the 30-watt power rating as well, since that gives you a sense of the electrical load side of the equation when you're sizing out your circuit.
