flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 litres per minute, that gonna hold up runnin it on a press line or is that the ceiling before things start going sideways?

80 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so that's what it's built to handle in directional control service. Press applications are actually one of the listed uses for this model, so it's a known fit for that kind of work. Just make sure your system demand stays at or under that flow figure and you won't be pushing it past its limits.
