flow rate on this one's listed at 80 liters per minute -- is that enough for press or die casting work, or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For most die casting and press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. Those environments put real demands on a directional control valve, and this one was built with exactly those uses in mind. As long as your system isn't pushing beyond that threshold, you shouldn't run into flow restrictions under normal operating conditions.
