flow rate on this one says 454 liters per minute -- that seem right for a CG5-10 series valve or is that a misprint?

That figure is accurate for this valve. The CG5-10 100 design is built to handle high-volume hydraulic circuits, and 454 liters per minute puts it well within range for demanding industrial setups where you need serious throughput without sacrificing pressure control. Not a misprint at all.
