Flow rate on this thing is listed at 800 liters per minute, is that enough for most heavy industrial setups, or is that on the lower end for pressure control valves this size?

For a pressure control valve in this class, 800 liters per minute is actually quite capable. Most industrial hydraulic circuits running production equipment, presses, or heavy material handling machinery fall well within that range. It's not a lightweight rating by any stretch. The CPF2S-12 is built to handle real workloads, so unless you're running an unusually high-volume system, that flow capacity should serve you without issue.
