flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute -- is that enough for a high-volume press operation or are we gonna be pushing it?

For press machinery, 700 liters per minute is a serious flow capacity and well within range for most high-volume press setups. This valve was built with press applications specifically in mind, so you're not working around a limitation there.
