Does this valve hold up in marine environments, or is it more of a shop-floor type unit?

Marine and offshore is actually one of the listed application categories for this valve, so it's built to handle those kinds of conditions. The Buna-N seals hold up well against moisture and the fluid types common in those settings. Rated at 40 liters per minute with CSA approval, it's not a light-duty piece of equipment. That said, it fits on industry-standard mounting surfaces, so getting it installed in a marine setup shouldn't require any custom fabrication work.
