Flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, is that enough to handle a high-volume die casting setup without the valve becoming a bottleneck?

For die casting applications, 700 liters per minute is a substantial capacity. That kind of throughput is well within what most die casting circuits demand, and this valve is specifically listed for die casting and foundry use, so it was built with those flow demands in mind. As long as your system is designed around that flow ceiling, you shouldn't run into restriction issues at the valve itself.
