I'm replacing a valve on an older piece of equipment. Is this one gonna be too wide to fit?

flow rate on this one is listed at 94 liters per minute -- is that enough for press and die casting work or is it on the low end for those applications?

For die casting and press use, 94 liters per minute puts this valve in solid working range for a good number of setups. Both of those applications are listed as intended uses, so the valve is built with those demands in mind. Whether it fits your specific system depends on your circuit design and actuator requirements, but the flow capacity is not a limiting factor for typical press and die casting configurations.
