flow rate on this thing says 700 liters per minute -- that accurate for a DG5V10 series? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our die casting setup

700 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so for high-demand die casting applications it's built to handle that kind of throughput. The DG5V series in general is well regarded in foundry and die casting environments, and Vickers listed that application specifically for this model. If your system is running at or below that flow demand, you're in the right range.
