Flow rate on this one says 700 liters per minute, is that enough to run a die casting setup without choking the system?

For die casting applications, 700 liters per minute is a substantial flow capacity and one of the reasons this valve gets spec'd into those environments. Die casting systems push high volumes of fluid fast, and this valve is built with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your system's pump and line sizing are matched to that flow range, you shouldn't run into restriction issues on the valve side.
