Reckon this valve would hold up okay in a machine shop setting? We get a fair amount of coolant and grime floating around.

Got a press line running some pretty heavy cycles and need to know if this valve can handle 700 LPM or is that just a peak rating?

700 liters per minute is the maximum flow rate for this valve, so your system design should account for that ceiling. Press applications are actually one of the listed uses for this model, so the fit makes sense from an application standpoint. Just make sure your system stays at or below that flow rate under load and you should be in good shape.
