flow rate on this one is listed at 800 liters per minute, is that enough for most standard pressure relief setups or is that on the higher end?

For a pressure control valve, 800 liters per minute puts it well into heavy-duty territory. Most standard industrial and mobile hydraulic circuits run significantly below that threshold, so for typical pressure relief or pressure-limiting applications, you'd have plenty of capacity to work with. It's the kind of spec that gives you headroom rather than leaving you short.
