flow rate on this valve is listed at 115 litres per minute -- is that enough for a high-cycle press application or do them kind of setups usually need more capacity?

For most press circuits, 115 litres per minute is a solid working figure. High-cycle press applications vary a lot depending on cylinder bore, stroke speed, and how many actuators are running at once, but that flow capacity puts this valve comfortably in the range used for industrial press work. The nitrile seals also hold up well in the kind of repetitive switching those circuits demand, so you are not looking at a valve that is going to wear out fast under load.
