What kind of seals does this thing use?

Flow rate on this one says 300 litres per minute, that enough for a mid-size industrial press circuit running pretty steady demand?

For most mid-size press circuits, 300 litres per minute is a solid ceiling. That flow capacity puts it in range for demanding industrial work without being overkill on your system sizing. Keep in mind this is a pressure control valve, so its job is capping circuit pressure at whatever maximum you've set rather than regulating flow volume itself. As long as your system's flow demands fall within that 300 LPM threshold, you're well within what this valve is built to handle.
