flow rate on this valve is listed at 115 litres per minute -- that enough for a press application or is that gonna be cutting it close?

For press applications, 115 litres per minute is well within a practical working range. This valve series was built with press use in mind, so that flow capacity fits right in with what those systems typically demand. As long as your system is sized to match, you should be in good shape running it in that environment.
