We run a press line that needs to move serious flow, somebody told me this valve can handle up to 700 litres per minute. That right?

Yeah, 700 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity on this one. For a high-demand press application, that puts it in solid territory. It's a two-stage, pilot-operated valve, so it's built to manage that kind of volume without the control issues you'd get trying to push a single-stage unit that hard.
