flow rate on this one is listed at 15 liters per minute, is that enough for a press application or would it be cutting it close?

For press applications, 15 liters per minute is on the lower end, but it's well within the range where this valve performs reliably. It's listed as a suitable fit for press use, so if your system demand doesn't exceed that flow rate, you shouldn't have any issues. Just make sure your system is sized to stay within that limit and you'll get consistent, responsive control out of it.
