Flow rate on this thing tops out at 80 litres per minute, that enough for press work or should I be looking at something bigger?

For most press applications, 80 litres per minute is right in a workable range. The DG4V-3 series is actually listed as a fit for press use, so you're not forcing it into a role it wasn't built for. Whether that flow ceiling is enough really comes down to your cylinder bore and cycle speed requirements. If your press is running moderate tonnage and standard cycle times, this valve should handle it without complaint.
