Flow rate on this one is listed at 160 liters per minute, is that enough to handle press or die casting work without throttling down performance?

For press and die casting applications, 160 litres per minute is a solid working flow rate. Both of those environments put real demand on directional control valves, and this model is specifically called out for those uses. It handles three- or four-way directional control, so you've got flexibility in how the circuit is configured. As long as your system demand stays within that 160 LPM ceiling, you shouldn't be fighting any flow restriction issues.
