flow rate on this one is 30 LPM, that enough to run a press circuit without starving the actuator?

For most press applications, 30 litres per minute is plenty for a single directional control stage. This valve is actually listed for press use specifically, so it fits right in that kind of circuit. Just make sure your system demand at the actuator doesn't spike past that flow ceiling or you'll see pressure drop issues upstream. If your press runs well within that range, you're in good shape.
