Flow rate on this one says 300 liters per minute, that enough to keep up with a mid-size hydraulic circuit running a few actuators at once?

For most mid-size hydraulic setups running multiple actuators, 300 liters per minute is a solid ceiling. That capacity puts it well above what a lot of standard pressure control valves offer, so you've got good headroom before the valve becomes a bottleneck. Just make sure your circuit's demand stays within that range and you'll be in good shape.
