flow rate on this one is 115 LPM, that handle most press or die casting setups without choking out on ya?

For die casting and press applications, 115 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. Most mid-range hydraulic press circuits and die casting machines run well within that range, so you shouldn't see any restriction issues under normal operating conditions. Just make sure your system's pump output and line sizing are matched to that flow to keep things running clean.
