got a press system running pretty high flow and wondering if this valve can keep up, what's the actual flow capacity on this thing?

Seven hundred litres per minute is what this valve handles, so high-flow press systems are pretty much exactly what it was built for. That puts it well within range for demanding press and machine tool circuits where a lot of other directional valves start falling short.
