Will this directional control valve fit standard subplates, or do I need some kind of adapter?

Flow rate on this one shows 115 litres per minute, is that enough to run a press circuit without getting into trouble on bigger tonnage machines?

For most press applications, 115 litres per minute is solid working capacity. The DG4V-4 series was built with press work in mind, and that flow rating gives you meaningful headroom for mid-range tonnage equipment. Where you'd start bumping into limits is on very high-demand circuits that need sustained flow well above that threshold. If your press stays within that ceiling, this valve handles the job without issue.
