flow rate on this one is listed at 115 litres per minute -- is that enough to handle typical press or machine tool circuits without bottlenecking?

For most press and machine tool setups, 115 litres per minute is a solid working figure. Those applications are exactly what this valve was built around, so you're not pushing it outside its intended range. As long as your system demand stays within that ceiling, you shouldn't run into flow restriction issues under normal operating conditions.
