flow rate on this one is listed at 300 liters per minute -- that enough for most standard pressure relief setups or is that considered on the higher end?

For a lot of industrial hydraulic circuits, 300 liters per minute puts this valve well into the capable range. That kind of flow capacity handles heavy-duty relief and regulation duties without breaking a sweat. If your circuit runs at or below that threshold, this valve should manage the pressure limiting work just fine.
