what's the max flow this valve can handle before it starts causin problems

Rated at 300 liters per minute, so it's got plenty of headroom for most industrial hydraulic circuits. As long as your system stays within that limit, the valve should regulate pressure without issue.

What kind of sealing material is used in this valve?

This pressure control valve uses Buna-N seals.
