flow rate on this one is 40 LPM -- that enough for press and die casting work or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press and die casting setups, 40 liters per minute is a workable flow rate. Those applications don't always demand high-volume throughput at the valve level, especially when the valve is handling directional control rather than raw volume. That said, if your circuit is already running close to its flow capacity elsewhere, you'd want to account for that before assuming this fits without any adjustments on your end.
