flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute, is that enough to handle heavy press or die casting work without the valve becoming a bottleneck?

For press and die casting applications, 700 liters per minute is a serious flow capacity. Those environments tend to demand high-volume, reliable directional control, and this valve was built with exactly that kind of industrial load in mind.
