flow rate on this one is 300 LPM if I'm reading that right -- that handle high-demand circuits without choking out?

300 liters per minute is correct, and for most high-demand industrial hydraulic circuits that's a solid ceiling. You won't be starving the system on heavy-cycle applications where pressure regulation has to keep pace with serious flow demand.
