flow rate on this thing is listed at 115 liters per minute, is that enough to handle press or die casting setups without bogging down?

For most press and die casting applications, 115 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. Those environments do push valves hard, and Vickers built this series with exactly those conditions in mind. Die casting and foundry work are both listed application types for this valve, so it's spec'd to hold up in that kind of duty rather than just tolerate it.
