runs up to 160 liters a minute? that seem like a lot for a poppet style valve, just want to make sure before we order

Yeah, 160 L/min (42 USgpm) is the rated flow capacity on this one. Poppet-style valves actually handle high-flow applications pretty well because of how they seal, so that number is legitimate for this unit. If your circuit is running anywhere near that range, this valve is built to cover it.
