Both numbers are real, they just mean different things. The 160 L/min figure is the valve's rated flow capacity, meaning that's the ceiling it's built to handle under rated conditions. The 100 liters per minute figure reflects the flow rate for standard operation. When you're sizing for your system, use the 160 L/min number as your upper boundary and make sure your actual working flow stays within that range.
