Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough throughput for a mid-size press application, or are we gonna be bottlenecking things?

For most mid-size press setups, 80 liters per minute gives you solid working headroom. This valve was specifically built with press applications in mind, so that flow rating isn't incidental. Whether it becomes a bottleneck depends on your system demand, but 80 LPM is a respectable capacity for that class of equipment and should handle typical press duty without starving the circuit.
