Flow rate on this one says 80 litres per minute, is that enough to run it on a mid-size press without starving the circuit?

For most mid-size press applications, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Presses are actually listed as one of the intended applications for this valve, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your system isn't pulling significantly above that flow ceiling, you shouldn't run into starvation issues at the valve level.
